Tasting Notes

Clean, crisp and refreshing with a fruit driven profile woven with subtle autolytic notes.

Citrus and green fruit on the first approach; lemon, crunchy granny smith apples and hints of lime evolving into stone fruit notes of apricot. Finishes with lovely hints of toast and honey.
