Limited release of 4,500 bottles.

Our Classic Cuvee is the flagship English fizz, aged for 36 months on lees. Aromas of apples, lemons, honey and baked bread. Poised with laser-like acidity carrying flavours of apple turnover, toasted nuts and freshly squeezed citrus.

Pair the Classic Cuvee with a variety of different foods all of which will accentuate distinct characteristics of this wine. Delicious with hard cheese, especially Lyburn’s Old Winchester, and Charlie’s smoked trout pate.
