Wrap up warm and join us on a festive stroll around the vineyards where you will learn about the highlights of the growing season and how, in our challenging climate, we produce premium grapes for sparkling wines that compete on the world stage.

We'll walk you through our individual parcels and explain the importance of their nuances, why each parcel behaves differently to one another and how we manage them accordingly.

​As we conclude our vineyard walk, we move onto a fabulous tutored tasting of our Sparkling Classic Cuvee & Sparkling Cuvee Rosé.

You are welcome to continue your day exploring our Rare Breeds Farm, enjoying a chilled glass of wine, or with a cheese and charcuterie lunch platter.
