Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Purchase

• Each order is limited to one membership per transaction

• Memberships are non-transferable and registered under the name and email address used at checkout

• Bluestone Vineyards reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse or cancel duplicate memberships

2. Membership Benefits

• Benefits, discounts, and event access are exclusive to active members and apply only to the registered member’s account

• Membership benefits may vary from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via email
  

• Discounts apply to eligible products only. We reserve the right to exclude certain releases from member pricing

3. Payment & Renewal

• Membership fees are charged at the time of purchase (included in two case purchase)

• Unless stated otherwise, memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

• Renewal reminders will be sent prior to expiry. Renewal is not automatic unless specifically selected at checkout

• Membership buy-in can not be purchased using any form of discount code. This will invalidate your membership

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Memberships are non-refundable once activated

• In exceptional circumstances, requests for cancellation can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by contacting andrew@bluestonevineyards.co.uk

5. Events & Offers

• Access to member-only events and offers is subject to availability and may require advance booking and an additional fee

• Bluestone Vineyards reserves the right to amend event dates, benefits, or availability without prior notice

6. Personal Information

• Member data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

• By signing up, you agree to receive member communications via email. You may unsubscribe at any time, though doing so may limit your access to benefits

7. General

• Bluestone Vineyards reserves the right to modify or terminate the Wine Club Membership at any time
