Our Premier Cuvée is our flagship English Sparkling Wine, aged for 36 months on lees. Aromas of apples, lemons, honey and baked bread. Poised with laser-like acidity carrying flavours of apple turnover, toasted nuts and freshly squeezed citrus.

Expertly crafted in the English countryside, this is a wine that embodies the essence of Bluestone. With a refined blend and updated branding, experience the perfect balance of taste and style, which reflects the quality of our flagship vintage blend.

Tasting Notes

Clean, crisp and refreshing with a fruit driven profile woven with subtle autolytic notes. Citrus and green fruit on the first approach; lemon, crunchy granny smith apples and hints of lime evolving into stone fruit notes of apricot. Finishes with lovely hints of toast and honey.
