98% Vintage 2020, 2% Reserve

Lees Ageing: 46 months

Bottle Ageing: Minimum of 12 months

Chef De Caves: Hervé Jestin/ Nat McConnell

Alcohol (ABV): 12%

Hand-picked into small 10kg crates. Whole cluster press. Fermentation: Inoculated, 10 days. Full MLF. Small component barrel fermented.
